ABOUT

Things to See and Do
Tenby is one of the prettiest seaside towns in Wales, with its brightly coloured houses that cluster around its picturesque harbour.
There are no less than 3 Blue-Flag beaches here with wide stretches of pristine sand, ideal for safe family holidays. In between two of the beaches is the picturesque harbour which also has a clean sandy beach. When the tide is in boat trips operate taking visitors to nearby Caldey Island, which is a designated conservation area.

The town has a maze of narrow streets where you’ll find lots of interesting and quirky shops, during the summer months the streets in the town centre are pedestrianised allowing restaurant and café owners to offer al ’fresco dining.

Tenby Museum and Art Gallery is well-worth a visit, and a ghost walk around the historic harbour town offers a light-hearted but slightly spooky history lesson. A family holiday in Tenby wouldn’t be complete without visiting Dinosaur World, where you can learn about (and meet) prehistoric creatures and enjoy fun, family-friendly rides. Not to mention the Folly Farm attraction with its amazing animals and tractor rides.
Manor House Wildlife Park has lots to see, with knowledgeable keepers on hand to answer any questions. Carew Castle is a local landmark and great fun for the kids who can imagine this 'ruin' as a fully furnished castle.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy here including paragliding, quad biking, canoeing, climbing and boat hire is available for mackerel fishing.
Tenby is teaming with things to do and our home from home is a great base to explore all Pembrokshire has to offer.
